This three-day program combines the calm shores of Lake Egirdir and Yesil Ada with the dramatic ruins of Sagalassos and the archaeological treasures of Burdur Museum.
The finale begins at first light in the rose gardens, where you will take part in the Rosa Damascena harvest and witness the traditional distillation process that transforms petals into precious oil.
Day by Day Program
GÜN: Istanbul - Isparta - The Calm of Egirdir
After meeting at Istanbul Airport, we fly to Isparta and continue by private vehicle to the shores of Lake Egirdir. We enjoy a lakeside walk, explore Yesil Ada, and close the day with dinner at the hotel.
GÜN: Sagalassos and Burdur Museum
Today we travel via Aglasun to Sagalassos at 1,700 meters, where we visit the Antonine Fountain, the high-altitude theatre, and the city's Roman remains. After a lunch break, we continue to Burdur Museum to see major finds from the region.
GÜN: Rose Harvest Ceremony at Dawn
At first light we head into the rose gardens, enjoy breakfast hosted by Gulsah Gurkan, and hand-pick the May Rose ourselves. After observing the traditional distillation process, we transfer to the airport for our return flight.
